Enterprise AI agents

AI agents designed for bounded enterprise work

StrategIA designs and deploys agents that assemble authorized context, reason within explicit limits, use enterprise tools, and escalate to people when confidence, policy, or operational risk requires it.

An agent is not a chatbot

A chatbot primarily produces a response. An enterprise agent may retrieve governed context, plan steps, call tools, update systems, and coordinate work. That additional agency requires stronger permissions, evaluations, and operational controls.

Where agents can help

Strong early uses are bounded, observable, reversible, and connected to a clear owner. Examples include knowledge work, document review, case preparation, exception analysis, and recommendation support.

When not to use an agent

Avoid agents for fully deterministic work better served by APIs or workflow, decisions with no measurable quality criteria, unrestricted high-impact actions, missing source authority, or processes without an accountable owner.

Production architecture

The architecture should separate instructions, context retrieval, memory, tools, identity, permissions, policy, evaluation, logs, escalation, and human approval. Model choice is only one layer.

Evaluation and controls

Test task success, evidence use, policy compliance, tool selection, refusal, escalation, latency, cost, and recovery from tool failure. Production monitoring must detect drift and preserve an auditable record.

Deployment sequence

Start with a narrow role, offline evaluation set, limited tools, and supervised operation. Expand authority only when evidence supports the next boundary and operational ownership is ready.
